Eat Pray Love in Rome

One of our favorite movies is Eat Pray Love. Julia Roberts plays a perfect role in this movie. The movie is in three parts. The first takes place in Rome. She finds food there. The real taste of good food. The smell and the sight. What better scene than her eating authentic pizza in Naples.

We think you can find all three words (eat, pray and love) in Italy. Certainly the food is the best. Praying takes a serene place to concentrate on your prayers. Italy has some of the best places to do this. Love is what Italy is all about.

We love this move and the saying ” Dolce far niente” The sweetness of doing nothing.  Read this BLOG about one persons experience in Roma. They said Rome was “healing”! Italians really know better than we Americans how to live in the moment. How to appreciate your life and what you have. How to be thankful for what you have. Remember this each day of your lives and not just on Thanksgiving Day. Thank the family and friends in your life. Sit back and enjoy your life. DO NOT THINK ONCE ABOUT WORK. Be into Dolce Far Niente!

What better place than Italy to understand Dolce Far Niente. Take a trip and understand your romantic side. Be Italian for a short time.
